Our Professional Staff

Thomas Malenfant is originally from Michigan but has resided in the Myrtle Beach area for 20 years. Along with his wife, 2 daughters and 2 doggies he resides in Little River. He was introduced to the hearing industry by a friend who was an Audiologist. Since then, Thomas has loved making a difference in the lives of his patients and is looking forward to helping you with all of your hearing needs. 

Jessica was born and raised in the Wild and Wonderful state of West Virginia. She started working in the hearing health care industry in the year 2018. During this time she discovered that she could have an impact on people’s lives in ways she has never imagined. She has extensive experience in working with people and has been in customer relations for the last 13 years.

Carolyn is licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist in the State of SC. She began her hearing healthcare career in 1984 when recruited to work at a clinic in Columbia, SC as an office manager. During this time she discovered that she could have an important impact on peoples lives in a way she never imagined.

Wendy Malenfant is our Marketing Director. She has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. Wendy helps out in the Little River office with her husband Thomas and her daughter Zoi at the front desk when needed. In her off time, she likes to go to yoga class, spend time with family and enjoys live music.

Elizabeth Davis is our business manager. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Elizabeth has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years and spent the last 8 years, since relocating from Pennsylvania helping South Carolinians hear better. She uses her cheerful outlook and tireless energy to encourage others to succeed. Elizabeth loves to explore our state parks and to participate in the many ocean sports South Carolina has to offer.

We’d like you to meet our Patient Care Coordinator, Zoi Malenfant. Zoi was raised here in North Myrtle Beach by her parents Thomas and Wendy Malenfant. She has always had a passion for helping others and is a Human Service major at HGTC. She is new to the hearing industry but has grown to love the work we do here at Strand Hearing Care.

Ashley was born and raised in Aynor, SC. She has always had a big heart when it comes to helping people. Even though Ashley has not been in the hearing health care industry for long, she has learned a lot and has grown to love it. She always comes to work with a positive attitude, eager to help people. Her hope is to become a HIS in the future.

Becky is our Patient Care Coordinator in our Surfside Office. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years. She has an associates degree in science and numerous certifications in the job positions she has held.
